The Entertainment Fixers have extensive industry knowledge of the wedding and events market, especially entertainment. As an agent, this is our full-time job, so we are always available to help and advise using our expertise.
Working with yourselves and the performers to finalise the most perfect bespoke entertainment for your occasion, we can save you time and money.
We will guide you through the whole process. With the choice of the best quality acts and security of a contract with an agency, there should be no doubts about using us.
We appreciate we do not have as many as other agencies. This is because we want to make sure we have the best quality acts within each budget range and also we do not want to bombard you with thousands of choices as it can become overwhelming.
We constantly are adding new artists as they emerge, so it maybe that they are on the list to be added to the website. Don’t worry you won’t miss out, as we still offer these to our clients if they fit the brief.

If you feel lost, our agents are always available to work with you, your brief and your timeline. From this we can establish where you are looking to have entertainment, what would fit and if there are any extra additions that can transform your event.
We understand budget is normally the key factor when booking, so we will make sure what we offer you is within budget and make honest recommendations to what can work within the time frames, venue and brief.
As you can appreciate, many of our acts perform at private or corporate events. These are all with a private/invitation only guest list, so seeing them live is normally not possible.
We are sure you wouldn’t want random guests turning up at your corporate event or on your wedding day to see a band they are considering to book for theirs!
We do offer videos and photos prior to booking and if you feel you require more please do let us know, as we may be able to request extra media materials for you.
If they are performing at any public events, we will let you know as soon as we can, so you can take the opportunity to go see them.
Yes, you can!
Once all contracts have been signed, we will share your details with the booked entertainment and visa-versa. This way you can speak direct at any point prior to your celebration.
If you would prefer for us to stay as your point of contact or in the loop, we are also more than happy to do this.
Normally, your chosen act will send you their intended or sample set list. They have years of experience of what gets people up on the dance floor and gets the party started!
They appreciate some songs are not to everyone’s tastes, so you can let them know if any are not suitable.
First dances are normally always possible, as long as the band have been given sufficient time to learn and rehearse the track.
At booking we try to make it very clear what needs to be provided by you. For example, a private changing room/resting area (not a toilet!), food and refreshments, power points close to the performance area, height and space requirements, any travel and accommodation requirements, to name a few.
Please take this into consideration when choosing a venue if you have a particular act in mind. If you know of any restrictions, please let us know at the time of enquiring, so we can work with you and the artist to make sure it will work!
Your deposit is required within 3 working days of returning the signed contract. We will send you a full invoice with how to make your payment and any other event details.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
